Battery fitment depends on the engine and equipment. Match the original group size, terminal layout, hold-down and cold-cranking rating by VIN.

Before replacing
Test state of charge, charging voltage and cable condition. A weak battery can imitate starter, alternator and electronic-control faults.
Installation cautions
Keep terminals securely fastened and observe the manufacturer’s disconnect/reconnect precautions. Diesel equipment can differ from gasoline models.
Why an alternator test alone can mislead
Low battery reserve, high resistance at a ground connection or a loose terminal can trigger several electronic warnings at once. Test voltage drop and battery health before ordering the most expensive charging component.
